TL1204 é um material de junta não-amianto vulcanizado de cor vermelha que contém fibras orgânicas reforçadas. Tem boa compressibilidade e recuperação, excelente selabilidade de baixa pressão do flange e retenção de torque do parafuso, e destina-se a aplicações de motores e flanges de tubos com temperaturas máximas de curta duração até 200 °C (390 °F).
